In-House Servicing
Al Marwa Garage — our 12,300 sq ft facility in Dubai — handles all scheduled servicing, pre-hire inspections, and emergency repairs in-house. No vehicle returns to the fleet with a deferred fault.
Rolling Refresh Cycle
Our fleet is refreshed on a rolling replacement cycle. Every client travels in a late-model vehicle. We retire older units proactively — not reactively.
Pre-Hire Inspection
Every vehicle is cleared by a qualified mechanic before entering the active dispatch pool. Cleanliness, fluid levels, tyre condition, and cabin presentation are checked before every hire.
