1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Classic Group of Companies ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our luxury transportation services.

2. Services Description

Classic Group of Companies provides premium chauffeur and luxury transportation services including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers and meet-and-greet services
• City tours and sightseeing transportation
• Hourly and daily vehicle hire
• Corporate transportation solutions
• Event transportation and special occasions
• Enterprise fleet management

3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. When making a reservation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure the designated passenger is present at the pickup location at the scheduled time
• Pay all applicable fees as quoted at the time of booking
• Notify us of any changes to your booking at least 24 hours in advance

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows will be charged the full amount. Special event bookings and peak season reservations may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged for corporate accounts. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, tolls, parking fees, and services outside the original booking scope.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves appropriately while using our services. The following activities are prohibited:

• Smoking or vaping in vehicles
• Consuming alcohol unless pre-approved for specific services
• Transporting illegal substances or hazardous materials
• Engaging in any illegal activity
• Causing damage to vehicles or equipment

7. Liability and Insurance

All our vehicles are fully insured as required by UAE law. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of passengers and their belongings, Classic Group of Companies shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to return any found property.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
